What we make

The work sits between volume production and single-piece bespoke.

  • 001

    Wearing apparel

Cut, make, and trim for garments produced to a written specification. Jackets, trousers, shirts, dresses — the sort of pieces that need a workshop that reads the spec properly the first time. Our registered activity covers the manufacture of other wearing apparel and accessories not elsewhere classified.

  • 002

    Fashion accessories

Textile accessories and complementary pieces made alongside our garment runs. Bags, belts, small goods — produced with the same paper trail and finishing standard as the garments they sit next to.

  • 003

    Small-batch production

Runs sized for independent labels, limited collections, and slow releases. We are registered as a micro-enterprise — fewer than ten people, turnover under a million — and that scale is deliberate, not a stage we're trying to grow out of.

  • 004

    Private label & white label

Manufacture behind another name. Most of what we make leaves the workshop under someone else's label, and that suits us fine. You keep the brand, we keep the finishing standard, and neither of us has to pretend otherwise.

  • 005

    Sampling & development

Before a production run, we make a sample. Materials are sourced, the piece is produced in hand, and it is approved in writing before anything scales up. If the sample doesn't match the spec, we don't proceed to the run.

  • 006

    Finishing & quality control

Stitching, hemming, pressing, and inspection — all done in-house. Every batch is checked before it leaves Hemel Hempstead. The tenth unit should match the first, and the tenth batch should match the first.

How we work

Four steps. Kept deliberately boring.

01 — Brief

Written down first

Specification, quantity, and finish agreed in writing before anything is cut. Nothing moves without a paper trail.

02 — Sample

A piece in hand

Materials sourced and a sample produced for approval. If it doesn't match the spec, we don't scale it up.

03 — Make

In small runs

Production held in batches, with checkpoints between stages. Small scale is a feature, not a limitation.

04 — Dispatch

Inspected & out

Final check, packing, and dispatch from Hemel Hempstead. The tenth unit should match the first.

Principles

Three quiet rules we keep.

Consistency

The tenth unit should match the first. We build our process around that promise and refuse work we can't keep it for.

Clarity

Clear timelines, clear pricing, clear communication. No jargon, no hidden fees, no surprises at the end of a project.

Craft

We're a small workshop on purpose. Scale dilutes attention, and attention is the thing we're selling.
